It's time to show up!
Trying a new class can be scary but we promise it's worth it. Below are all our top tips to feeling successful at your first stroller class.
What to bring
Plan to have your stroller (and a baby carrier if needed/wanted) and water! All other equipment will be provided by your instructor.
Plan to arrive early
Give yourself time to park, settle your kiddo(s), and say hi to your instructor and other mamas.
➡️ Due to the nature of our classes, we travel around the park to different stations. Arriving more than 5 minutes late may make it difficult to locate the group at your first class.
👶🏼 Littles Welcome
Kids cry, snack, or nap—it's all normal! Bring anything your little one might need: snacks, toys, or a blanket.
💪🏻 Move at your own pace
Our certified instructors offer modifications for every fitness level and stage of motherhood. You're encouraged to listen to your body and take breaks when needed.
👯♀️ Connect with your village
This is more than a workout—it's a chance to build your village. Don’t be shy—introduce yourself and make a new mama friend!
