What's Included
HIIT WORKOUTS
BODY BOOST offers a 60-minute heart pumping workout that focuses on cardio, strength, and core conditioning. This class is MOM-ONLY, so leave those kiddos at home and give yourself an hour to focus on YOU.
MEDITATIONS
Each workout ends with a 5-minute guided meditation. These meditations help you refocus your energies inward after a hard workout.
MAMA CONNECTION
