How long have you been part of FIT4MOM and what do you love about this village?
I've been a part of FIT4MOM for 7 years now. I have been an owner of 2 franchises, but am so excited to take a step away from that role and be in a different light. What I love most about FIT4MOM are the moms! Cliché maybe? But I love that we get to meet so many moms each on their own unique journey of motherhood and we get to walk (or run ) alongside one another on this wild and beautiful ride of motherhood. You can't beat the love and support of this village! So thankful for that.

Fun fact: I've written and deleted this a few times. What if I'm really no fun?! jk but really though, I guess something that catches people by surprise is when I say I am an introverted extrovert. Everyone always thinks I'm strictly extroverted, but I have lots of introverted tendencies.
Advice for a new mom?
GRACE. Give yourself grace. Mom-ing is so beautiful, but there are also moments where it is not, and that's okay too. Learn to take deep breaths, cuddle those babies whenever you need it and also take your you time and space when you need it as well. You'll hear it A LOT "you can not pour from an empty cup" and as annoying as it is to hear all of the time... it's so very true. Also, always remember, you are strong, you are capable, you are enough. You are the BEST MOM for your sweet babe(s). Oh and for the love... ask for help when you need it and know that it's okay to accept it too!
