Weekly Challenge: Make a "Ta-Da!" list. Instead of a list of all of your "To-Dos", make a list of what you accomplished at the end of each day.

Sometimes the "To-Do" list feels never ending and we loose sight of all the accomplishments we make in a day. Before bed, write down at least 3 Ta-Da!'s. These can be anything from starting the laundry to cleaning out the old clothes. Crushing a workout to taking a rest day. It's up to you!
