Weekly Challenge: Create a bedtime routine
Our bodies need sleep to function. It’s that simple. Now as moms, we don’t always get a say in the quality of sleep we get but we can always improve our bedtime ritual.
MAKE A BEDTIME ROUTINE WITH ME
Ditch the doom scrolling. Stop the binge watching. And instead, give yourself a quick 15-minute bedtime ritual.
Step 1. Turn off the devices
Step 2. Watch your face with warm water (use whatever skin care routine you have)
Step 3. Take part in a series of simple stretches.
Step 4. Finish by finding stillness, centering your breath, and think of 1-2 things to be grateful for from your day.
Step 5. DON’T PICK UP THE PHONE! Grab a book, audio book, or simply GO TO BED. 😜
