We know that daily schedules constantly vary and change, making it difficult to always have healthy food available. However, you will always have good food if you preplan your meals.
Remember what we said at the beginning of this guide: "It’s your brain, not your body, that is holding you back. Body Well is as much about the mental transformation as the physical transformation." Preplanning your meals is a powerful way to train your brain to create the desired results.
If planning out every meal is overwhelming, then let’s start small - preplan your snacks. Make those easy to grab when you’re hungry. Next, pick 1 or 2 meals to prep and do your best to outline your plan for the week, however that looks for you.
