Weekly Challenge: Aim for 5 servings of seeds and/or nuts this week.

These powerful foods are great sources of nutrients, healthy fats, and protein. Remember 1/4 cup = 1 serving of nuts + seeds.

Seeds & nuts make great snacks and are easy to prep.

Prep some trail mix packets for east to grab snacks. Keep each day fresh by using different ingredients. Try our no-bake oat bites!
