HYDRATION
To be considered properly hydrated, you should be consuming anywhere from 80-100 oz of water daily.
Weekly Challenge: Drink 8 oz of water before you drink something else.
Drink 8oz of water before you eat anything daily this week.
Pro Tip: pick a favorite cup or mug and designate this for your water this week. Fill it + drink it before each meal. Snacking - drink it then too.
Some hydration tips:
💧 Drink warm water
💧 Flavor your water with fruits
💧 Set small goals for yourself. Drink 8oz of water before your coffee, before each meal, etc.
💧 Use a piece of washi tape on your water bottle and mark each time you refill. That way you have a visual representation of how much water you've consumed at any point during the day. (*tried and true by me 💁🏼♀️)
