This week, your challenge is to complete 25 squats per day. These can be done through out the day or all at once. The choice is yours!
Form tip: Hinge slightly forward sending your booty back for that chair, squat through your legs - keeping your knees inline with your toes. Chest stays up + proud looking forward. Modify by your squat depth. 👏🏻
