Run somewhere new.
ADD SOMETHING SPECIAL
Plan a post-run treat: Reward yourself with something special after your run, like a favorite snack or a relaxing bath.
Meet a friend pre-run: Catch up with a friend before your run. The laughter and conversation will boost your mood and energize you.
Focus on the experience: Instead of tracking time, tune into how your body feels, the scenery, and the sounds around you.
Run to a destination: Plan a run that ends at a favorite café, park, or scenic spot for a little reward at the end.
Incorporate a fun challenge: Add a playful challenge to your run, like a scavenger hunt or trying to spot certain landmarks.
Take photos: Plan to stop and take photos of interesting sights along your run. It turns your run into a mini-adventure.
