I know everyone's schedules are busy and often your YOU time is dependent on your household schedules, but I bet if you really looked at your day you can find at least 5 minutes to block out time for yourself.
I mean, if you can take an hour or 2 or 3....DO IT 😅! Go hang with that friend, get the mani/pedi, go to the book store...you deserve it. Realistically though, even giving yourself 5 minutes to take some deep breaths, meditate, shower, read, journal - - all of these small moments will add up over time and give you a chance to hit RESET on your mental load.
