Weekly Challenge: Choose a mealtime to skip processed foods this week.

Typically, processed foods come in boxes or bags with more than 5 ingredients listed on the package. We strongly encourage you to stay away from these foods, but as always, let's start small. What is one meal you can prep or plan to stay away from all processed foods?

Seeds & nuts make great snacks and are easy to prep.

We consider whole foods to be grains & proteins that are unprocessed. Yes, fruits and vegetables are also "whole foods" by definition, but for this stage of your eating strategy, we ask you to turn your attention to grains and proteins.

These powerful foods are great sources of nutrients, healthy fats, and protein. Make sure to check your Good Eats chart for the best options!
